Cms Coba Agreement

With this statement, CMS is asking the Joint Working File (CWF) to stop sending data from the Other Insurance Beneficiary Assistance File (BOI) to the Next Generation Office (NGD) and Medicare Beneficiary Database (MBD) only for the COBA ID 79000-79999 and 89000-89999 ranges. In addition, through this statement, CMS modifies an aspect of the CWF logic used as part of the COBA cross-claims process initiated by the Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) associated with the COBA ID range 88000--88999.
