Please note that these terms and conditions assume that you are an international (non-UK) student. If you have dual citizenship, you are NOT allowed to register at the Centre as an international student and move to university with UK student status to benefit from lower tuition fees. If you are admitted to the Centre as a home student, you will be charged a UK tuition fee upon your advancement to the university and references in these terms and conditions to CAS (as defined below), Visa and UKVI will not apply. For accommodation cancellations and refunds, individual rental agreements take precedence over the following accommodation refund policies: If you decide to book accommodation through the study group, additional charges may also be charged for items such as accommodation deposits, bed linen packages and accommodation-specific insurance. You will be informed of these charges at the time of booking under a separate accommodation contract. Accommodation is subject to availability and early confirmation is recommended. Online lessons are recorded and will be reminded at the beginning of your course and before each session until the last date of admission to a program. You can tell us at any time that you do not wish to be registered by informing the employee concerned. Please note that if you do not agree to the recording of an examination, this may affect your right of appeal and/or the outcome of a subsequent appeal. Please make sure you read and understand these terms and conditions carefully before signing your final acceptance of a place in the center. These terms and conditions, together with any letters of offer received from us and the guidelines set out below, are part of a broader agreement between you and us that becomes legally binding once you confirm your acceptance of our offer. If you need to request a personal/mixed delivery to the online center after the start of your program or switch to personal/mixed delivery, we will contact you again regarding the issuance of a CAS so that you can apply for a visa. Please note that we do not issue a CAS if a payment of your fees is late at the moment and you are unable to continue your studies. The deposit will be withheld primarily for damage to the centre`s property and related expenses. If there are funds left at the end of a program, they may also be offset by debts incurred by you in connection with expenses such as program-related travel or extracurricular activities, otherwise an invoice will be issued for any outstanding damages/fees that exceed the deposit. All remaining funds will be refunded within 90 days of the end of the last term, less any deduction for any amount outstanding at that time. You have the right to cancel your seat and receive a full refund of all amounts paid by notifying us in writing within 14 days of the date you accept the offer. Please note that if you postpone your initial seat offer after the 14-day period, you will NOT be able to cancel your deferred seat at a later date to request a full refund.

Admission to a program requires students to meet the defined admission requirements and criteria of the Center for English Proficiency. Bank fees and commissions for the issuing bank and the receiving bank must be paid by the sender of the money or they will be transferred to the student`s account. If payments are late, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel tuition fees and charge interest on the balance of 2% above NatWest Bank`s base rate per month or part thereof. Admission to the programs and your continued enrolment at the centre are conditional on all fees being paid by the required date. If there are not enough applicants to make a program practical or offer a quality student experience, we may cancel or withdraw a program. .
